Your Team
The physicians performing procedures at our Center are from Saratoga Schenectady Gastroenterology Associates, P.C., which has served our community by giving quality care to its patients for over 45 years. They have extensive training and experience and are continually attending conferences and expanding their medical education with the newest advances in gastrointestinal health and treatments.
As a patient, you’ll have a designated team assigned to take care of you. Your team will include:
- Your physician who will perform your procedure
- An anesthesiologist to explain the anesthesia that will be administered and answer your questions prior to your procedure
- A registered nurse who will assist you in the prep area to prepare you for your procedure
- A certified registered nurse anesthetist
- A procedure registered nurse
- A certified technician to assist your physician during your procedure
- A recovery area registered nurse who will care for you until you are discharged
