To provide our patients with the highest quality care, SSEC has relocated to a greatly expanded center next to our former facility. 

Located at 1 Wellness Drive in Burnt Hills, New York, our beautiful new center is a spacious one-story building stretching over 35,000 square feet with all the comforts of home, along with advanced diagnostic and treatment technology.

Your driver can drop you off under the front entrance canopy to ensure you’re protected from the weather. In our welcome area, you’ll be greeted by our Patient Navigator to ensure you’re checked in promptly and that your family has an information resource. 

Our waiting room is furnished with comfortable chairs, a fireplace, beverage area, restrooms, as well as, WiFi, music and magazines. 

While your family/driver is waiting, they can  monitor your location to stay informed about your stay.  There’s also a private consultation area for patients to speak with billing or medical staff as needed.

Our new center features:

• An endoscopy suite with 10 state of the art equipped  procedure rooms
• A prep/hold area with  private patient bays, changing rooms, restrooms and personal lockers
• A semi private comfortable recovery area with a private family meeting room.
• Facilities housing the latest technology in scope reprocessing and storage.
• Administrative and support offices along with a high-tech training center.
• Ample parking  including handicap spaces for easy access

Comfort, Caring and Compassion at Every Step. 

In the prep/hold area, a team of support staff led by a seasoned registered nurse will care for you. Also, you will have access to warming blankets and stretchers with oversized mattresses to ensure you’re as comfortable as possible.

After your procedure, you’ll be taken to  our comfortable recovery area where you will  be provided a refreshment when fully awake.  Your vital signs will be continuously monitored in this area by our recovery teams.

A private office is available where you and your family member can meet with your physician or other medical staff before leaving the center.  You will be discharged at the main entrance under the canopy in which you arrived. If needed, a person can help you to the car. Please ask upon discharge for assistance.
